2. Purpose

BrandsBeats is an editorial directory of independent sustainable fashion, accessory and lifestyle brands.

Inclusion of a brand in the catalog does not imply a commercial relationship unless expressly agreed in writing.

3. Terms of use

Access is free of charge. Users commit to:

  • Lawful use of content.
  • No reverse engineering, automated mass scraping, or unauthorised access attempts.
  • No reproduction of editorial content without attribution and back-link.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

  • Design, code and editorial content are owned by the Owner or third-party licensors.
  • Brand images and logos are owned by their respective holders, reproduced with editorial purpose (citation) under art. 32 Spanish IP Law.
  • Brand dataset licensed for non-commercial use with attribution. Commercial use: contact [email protected].

5. Limitation of liability

The Owner is not liable for:

  • Uninterrupted site availability (best-effort cloud infrastructure).
  • Errors in brand data; information is based on public sources and may not be current.
  • Damages from purchases on third-party sites linked from the directory.
  • External linked sites’ content.

Links to third-party sites (the brands themselves). Some links may be affiliate; this is always disclosed. Affiliation does not affect editorial selection.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Spanish law applies. Disputes submitted to Madrid courts, unless mandatory consumer law dictates otherwise.
